Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

55:00.00 - We left the beginning of the long road back to back and we were going straight ahead.
Right in the middle of the long road, he switched to the right lane, braked suddenly and suddenly swerved towards me and deliberately steered me towards the bus stop so that I would have an accident and we had a big accident. Because of this action, I hit a motorbike coming from the opposite lane and that motorbike flies off the map because of dlocky's irresponsibility.

I'm 100 per cent sure he did it on purpose. There is a warning about the subject before. It is definitely not an issue to be closed with a warning. It's not the first time he's done this.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: I would never talk to him about something I know he did on purpose.

RE: Dlocky - Deliberately causing an accident - Wilczek - 2025-04-02 14:48

Hi,

Code:
15.2.5     While driving alongside the opponent, it is acceptable to use (only) minor force to guide or direct their vehicle into a solid object that lies ahead in the general path of the chase, resulting in the opponent's direct collision with the object (usually a frontal collision).
.a     The opponent can most likely position themselves carefully to prevent this.
.b     If the chase is travelling at higher speeds, this maneuver can be considered unsportsmanlike. Participants are discouraged from doing this (although permitted).
Based on the rule above (15.2.5), Dlocky's move was not against the rules.

Dlocky took advantage of your heavy Bavaria, assuming wouldn't be able to react and/or slow down in time. With the right timing, they directed your car towards the bus stop, resulting in a crash.
The traffic collision was something I doubt anybody would have predicted. It was just unfortunate, so an apology would be sufficient.

Considering the above, no admin action will be taken.

Ideally, you should always talk to a rulebreaker before reporting them. A conversation would likely eliminate the need to write a forum report.
