After an admin checks the reason why you're in this state, they will restrict you to a UF1 so you can earn enough money to buy a cheap car.

Idk, maybe it's a friend's account, the one who I let use my account said he had his account banned from TC, but as I wasn't playing I let he uses mine.

So you let him use your account when his account was banned?
That is ban evading. Do not give him access to your account unless you want yours banned too.

To be clear, do not give *anyone* access to your account. This is against LFS' ToS and you're likely to get a global LFS ban if you're found out.
