Doesn't really seem fair that I got fined 125€ for dangerous driving (if I remember right) when I got rammed to the other side of the road. Also I was AFK during the incident.

Refund request of 125€ will be granted, since you got fined for something, which totally wasn't your fault and you couldn't have changed it.
