Introduction
Welcome to the first race of the end of year event series, organised by [TC] CityDriving. This year's series will consist of three races, voted for by our community.
The races are completely separate events but they have been packaged into a series. Each race is very different so being consistent in each will be a big challenge for most.
For the first time, there will be no money prizes for these events, instead you will receive badges that you can post in your signature. There will be an event series thread created where race results will be stored and badges will be displayed.
Event Details
Date: Sunday 21st October
Time: 8PM GMT+1
Car: Formula XR (FOX)
Configuration: Westhill International (WE1)
Qualifying: 15 Minutes
Race: 25 Laps
Max-Drivers: 30
Race Entry: Free
Event Duration: 1 Hour
7:30pm: Official pre-race practice begins for 30 minutes
8:00pm: Server closed, practice ends, qualifying begins for 15 minutes
8:15pm: Qualifying ends, final practice begins for 10 minutes
8:25pm: Final practice ends, race begins
9:00pm: Event concludes
Event Rules
1 - If you sign up turn up. If you cannot attend, make sure you contact one of the event organisers prior to the event.
2 - You must obey the rules of the Clean Racers Club at all times.
3 - You must obey instructions given to you by the event organisers.
4 - Breaking any of these rules will result in disqualification from the current event and you will asked to leave.
5 - If your ping is higher than 0.12 you will be refunded and asked to leave the server so that it can continue free of lag.
6 - The deadline for signing is Saturday 13th October at 8PM BST (GMT+1), 24 hours before the event begins.
7 - You must qualify within 107% of the top time in qualifying. Eg, if the top time is a 1:26, you must post a time of 1:32.02 or less.
