Even if this was the case, you have to realize - your account, your responsibility. You need to limit access to your account if this is the case. If you ask me the 2 involved are good friends in game, who clearly knew the rules of the TC servers and the rules of the autobhann. Ive had to take punishment in the past for a friend driving but it isnt even anywhere close to as bad as this.
