What amuses me more is that the footage somehow found it's way to YouTube. Surely it would have occured to the cops would have made sure that footage never hit the net when they arrested him but w/e

Doesn't look like he was resisting much, he was straddled over a bike so he couldn't just "drop" himself to the ground. Guess the police have other ideas.
Why he doesn't dump the bike and run, if he has plates on his bike then I suppose it would be a fruitless endeavour to escape.
