I could of maybe avoided that crash (he braked while I was tailgating him) there but he wasn't moving and failed to apologize. He was also speeding there. (~1:18:10.XX - Speeding little here, not reporting for this but saw it while watching trough) Reason for report: Failing to move for a chase (not paying attention what's happening around) And failing to apologize it, or the crash which was partly his fault. After a full review of the replay, it is evident that this user's driving ability is unsatisfactory, as he continually sped, wrong sided, crashed, drifted, etc. throughout the replay whilst being a cop. For this, he has had his cop rights revoked and will need to take basic training. Thank you for the report. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
