he's driving slow, but when i'm arriving with sirens he speeds up, blocks the right side, so i had to wrongside... of course i told him to move.
after that when i spin, he overtakes again.
this is interfering with a chase.
please also watch the few minutes after this scene... his attitude isn't the best.
