I'm going to check the chatlogs instead of checking the replay to save time and it seems all I need is the chatlogs anyway. Since you saw the user got fined himself, you repeated it at your own risk and got fined as well - you could have conveyed your point without repeating him. I don't see anything wrong here, therefore you won't get refunded. We're sorry, but your refund request has been denied.
