Marius did help that person in a (very short) moment of confusion, not knowing he was suspect. It was just bad luck ( for you) that his first attempt to tow him succeeded within 3 seconds. I mean, Marius's reaction when you told him that he was being reported, was something like 'what', then he advised the suspect to stop and let himself get busted. Even though he should have been more aware of what's going on, it was probably just an error on his behalf. Marius *probably* shouldn't have helped Mr. Chips at 1:07:40 but it was probably to sort of compensate for his earlier mistake. I'm not going to take any administrative action, but I'm going to try and make sure Marius checks his surroundings before towing, next time. But to be honest, strictly speaking, I don't think taking any action would be particularly fair. Thanks for your report. No action has been taken for reasons described. Thank you for your report.
