...I'd ban companies from being able to sponsor public holidays and non-existent products... like Coca Cola officially sponsoring Christmas and Icelands sponsoring mums etc etc.

People who hog the middle/overtaking lanes on the motorway would get 2 warnings, then their car would be scrapped.

The person should be scrapped, the car didn't choose to be driven by a dong!
I'd banish the unnecessary scrapping of cars.
Also I'd banish ridiculous insurance companies that give ridiculous quotes.
