He was wrong side driving and crash into our police chase. He doesn't take care about sirens or others drivers, feeling like.

Hi,
He was trying to overtake another driver and accidentally hit you wrong side whilst doing so, unfortunately you were in a chase (to be fair, he should have taken more note to the sirens) and lost as a result. However, he did apologise and he did give you compensation. It was an honest mistake and I tend to avoid punishing for honest mistakes. He apologised, he paid you compensation. If no apology was given then it would have been a whole different story.
