Hello ! My suggestion is that u can sell ur Garages .
Its good then when u have ex:5 cars (example: FZ5 , FXO , RB4 , XRT, and UF1.) and suddenly u need to sell theese all cars for new car ex: XFR , but u need 20 k more . U can sell ur 2 garages and buy XFR .
U cant sell theese 3 garages what u get when ur new and joining to server . I dont know if u understand me

You mean that you CAN sell the garages that you have bought by your self, but you CAN'T sell the ones that you got when you joined the server for the first time. Do you mean that ?

I think it would be a more fun thing and earn more money on a longer period, to rent your garage box to someone. (Vehicle that takes the garage box can't be used by the one that rents the box)

Interesting... Would involve some code trickery from our resident InSim Wizard, providing he and the [TC] Admins agree... But I like the idea of renting garages too; perhaps this could be implemented so you can rent garages FROM the InSim, like renting cars: It costs 'x' ammount of money per 'hour/day'... Just an idea.

Hmm I disagree there Seven, I think it should be just the players who make their garages available for renting, and able to choose the ammount of money it costs aswell (within a limited amount ofcourse, i.e. 250 - 1000 a day)
