I've already started a second city (wich is more succesful), trying to save my other city later.
Edit: I suck so much that I basicly screwed up this city aswell, although I got further now, I even have an university

You know, wich applies to all the people.. We could restart the region from scratch, with one that has all the plots connected to each other. Wich basicly means that we can work together (right now we can have 16 cities, but max. 4 people supporting eachother) but we can just have 1 city each.
