Genuine Racing - GTi Trophy 2013 - Round 4 - FE25 (Open Configuration - Fern Bay Classic)

Savy qualified 6th, Lamp 13th and Elmo 23rd. Over 23 laps of this tricky track Savy got his XFG on the podium, 3rd place, Savy and [TC-R]'s first league race podium. Lamp finished 9th and Elmo finished 16th. Another good points haul.

Genuine Racing - GTi Trophy 2013 - Round 5 - WE1R

Savy qualified 3rd, Elmo qualified 17th and Lamp didn't qualify at all so started at the back in 23rd. After 3 laps, Savy managed to get into the lead and Lamp managed to gain 12 places. After 19 tense laps, we brought our GTi's home in 1st (Savy), 9th (Lamp) and 17th (Elmo). This gives us a lot of points leading into the final round!

Savy takes his first league race win!

Grats to savy and good job lamp.

I didnt do a single lap practice and my qual lap was horrible. i went from 11th to 6th in 1 and a half laps.

for 16laps i was fighting with some german in a xfg untill he eventually jumped me in the pit stops. although i was really happy when i ended up passing you as you came out the pits Biggrin

still ended up 8th, not bad Smile

I did one lap of practice and had I not dropped 2 wheels off the track a lap before I pitted I'd have had you Frank Tongue Good race all the same.

Turning up at the start of the race, starting at the back, gaining 10 places on lap one and finishing 14 places ahead of where you started ftw!

well i was also lag hit by some polak so i ended up losing 5-6seconds and i lost 2 places.

so no you wouldnt of Wink

i guess we should be comfy on the team standings. anyway, hope to see you on podium at ky2!

Genuine Racing - GTi Trophy 2013 - Round 6 - KY2

Lamp, Savy & Elmo pre-qualified 3rd, 4th & 18th respectively for the final round of the Genuine Racing GTi Trophy. Qualifying was as tense as ever, Savy putting his XFG 4th on the grid, the fastest XFG time of the day. Lamp qualified 8th and Elmo 20th. 41 minutes later after 18 laps of Kyoto National [TC] Racing brought home 4th (Savy), 5th (Lamp) & 17th (Elmo). Savy narrowly missed out on his 3rd podium of the season by missing his pitbox meaning he had to reverse back into it!

Official series results will be released tomorrow. Stay tuned to find out how we did in the Driver & Team Championship!
