Today, 9:05, I was chasing this player for speeding, he failed to stop, the chase was on the autobahn and he went to the left side and drive on for about 4 seconds before he did a U-Turn. I was on the right side and I told him to come back to my side because he did something unfair and against the server rules. He didn't and he escaped from the chase.
I would add a other point that he has a number plate which is insulting toward people from Korea.

After viewing the replay, it is apparent that this user clearly executed a maneuver which violates the server rules. And he does not even wait for you.
