- Replay Timestamps:
11:05 - chase starts
11:30 - I fully brake and hit a barrier, cancelling any further chase
11:40 - [COP]Kush. fines me for failure to move? I stopped within 45s, I did not block any other cop in any chase. 200€ for a 35s non-chase drive behind are too much.

- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
It is the wrong fine. I accept a fee for minor speeding but not for failure to move. [COP]Kush. even blamed me for crashing his car though he is obliged to keep distance at first 45s, which he obviously didn't.

Best regards
Mav

Mmkay, checking it now.

The reason of "yh you ran" is non-sense. You have 45 seconds allotted to you in order to stop, if you do stop, he cannot fine you for running, because you stopped. You've been refunded, you'll have the money when you connect next.
