When I checked back on the replay, I see the sorry he gave was actually for an accident on Drifters Corner and not for ramming me I was suspicious at this point and checked my replay. Finally, the screen shot is from after the above times (can also be found at 4:51) and shows him admitting he did it because he was 'mad'. In addition, the user tried to bribe me out of a report by sending money, it was returned as I do not see it as a suitable or appropriate to back peddle when a report is made, it simply does not excuse the action.
