Please be patient. Okay, from what I can see in the replay, user: 4649 blocks you off several times, hits you, brake checks you, and does a P.I.T maneuver on you at 2:39:22. These maneuvers are only allowed in chases, and is seen as a light ram when not in chase. Also, he is clearly trying to provoke a reaction from you, by keep doing smiley-faces ":)" after each time he has hit you. He thereby discards from following server rules several times: 1.1. Respect other players. 1.2. Do not crash or ram other cars deliberately. User will recieve a ban due to previous similar actions. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
