I asked if he has anything to say, he shortly after replies "learn to drive ". I then stated he was the one wrongsiding, and caused the accident, he says nothing and disconnects. Reason for report: Wrongside head-on crash into me, no attempt to avoid, full throttle, no apologies, blamed it on me. This kind of unacceptable behaviour is heavily reflected in his URS and he's clearly not learning, therefore a ban of one month will be imposed. Since he blatantly wrong sided you and failed to apologise, I'll treat this as ramming. And, as you say, not only did he fail to apologise, he blamed the entire incident on you and disconnected when you were talking to him.
