Alright, the last thing we need are dubious exe files. So either make it
a normal archive or remove it.

Not a rat but executable rar. Upload as a ZIP or RAR archive, no need of exe and passwords.

Yes, what gyunter said it's true. It's a executable for self extractable zip/rar - no need for this imo as well as the somewhat lame password.
