- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I accidently crash in to [6S] Christ [COP] when he was parked on the gras on HW2 (1/4 of his car was on the road) I said sorry 4-times but he blaimed that i crashed into him on purpose. he fined me 60euros for careles driving. I didn't do it on purpose and sais sorry. In my opinnion crash was his fault because 1/4 of his car was still on the road and it was illegal parking.

I'll look into this for you now.

Firstly, the reason Hoshi was around there in the first place was because he was dealing with a driver. Whilst dealing with this driver, Hoshi was out of the road completely. When that particular situation ended, Hoshi began creeping along in order to pull out into the road to presumably continue his patrol, and he was undeniably in the road slightly during this time.

You had literally tonnes of room to get past him yet you ploughed into him. The fact you apologised four times would imply it was your fault (and that you acknowledged you were to blame), and in this specific instance, I believe it was your fault. You were in fact being careless (not being aware of your surroundings, thus hitting into Hoshi), and the fine issued by Hoshi reflected this. I'm sure you didn't do it intentionally, however, ultimately, it was careless to say the least.

Here is an easy-to-view video of the situation:
