Well, I was drifting around, wasnt being "dangerous" never almost caused a crash, Anyway come around the corner and he chased me and I ran abit, I stopped after a failed and realised he was a FZ5.
He charged my 150 for dangerous driving.
I was aware that Drifting was careless driving 30-100?
I was just wondering, If it was could I have a refund?

The cop does have the right to high fine you for what ever matter you've been pulled over for. Although, some cops due to tend to give warnings, but that's only some. Dangerous driving is meant to be issued if the user is inflecting with other players on the road dangerously, and as you've mentioned above~

Im assuming you almost caused a crash? Hard to figure out what directly happened from only text. Upload a replay, and ill look into it a bit more if you like.

Replay is uploaded. I cant remeber any time i even came close to a crash, the road was empty....

If you spectate Keule at 9:43:10 you can see that if he was a second tad slower, you would've head on wrecked him. Cop either way should've explained his reasoning of fining you instead of driving off. All in all, your refund request will be denied.
