Was in a perfectly good chase with enty and this ENGIN guy just decides to interfere and ram me, more than once i might add. Timestamp starts when he first became a nuisance. He ended up getting me busted due to damage on my car and he blocked me from reversing. First offense or not, this guy should know better.

Ok he did indeed interfer with the chase and was also heavily ramming you(the suspect). User has been told before to stay away from chases, so he will get a ban.
Action has been taken as described.
