I was driving from the Swamps to the Highway, when Make drifted across the road straight into my car. (sidenote: This user has generally bad attitude, since he was PMing my brother [entyzor] and sweared + insulted him)

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
This is pretty simple Make had right of way and you were way too fast and hit him. You might have noticed the lines at the end of Deadmans Crest that indicate that you have to give way.

Looks like a genuine mistake from your part, however next time instead of threatening with a report try to talk about it first. Your attitude in this case is not helping either.

Make will recieve a ban for insulting another user prior to this incident and a few minutes ago on the server(witnessed by myself).

Please confirm that you understood the right of way regarding Deadmans Crest
