You changing the plate to something similar to the original - and inappropriate again - is quite disrespectful and I class that as ignoring my instruction and ignoring a previous warning.

I will, however, reduce your ban by 3 days, meaning you are to serve a ban of one week.

However, since I am intending to reduce your ban, during this time I need you to read and understand the rules, and I would like you to confirm you have now read and understand the rules and indeed all of this post's contents.
