Description:
1) Throughout the chase between FZR (me) and XFR (lcee), Lcee was just laughing at me and telling I'm crappy cop and I'm bad etcetc
2) This timestamp shows the part where we go to safezone 1, and where I am coming after him. He does a half U-turn and brakes against me. After that he sees that I'm almost flipping upside down. He brakes even more that I would flip. ''That was the thing you were trying to do, get someone to flip you.'' -> Makes himself a pitstop and repairs his car. After KILLE has helped me to flip over, he continues the chase and doesn't let me to pitstop.

I did call you a crappy cop yes, because you did NOT try to pit me, you tried to flip me, more then once.
Yes I did flip you, but as the rule goes: "You may do whatever a cop does to you".
As I asumed you tried to flip me, i did the same and I did not fail doing it. I was trying to make my point clear which didn't work because I waited till Kille flipped you over and you could continue the chase. I did not run off like a coward.
This is the replay with timestamps I believe you should be getting a punishment for.

1:45:43:00 ~ He came in hard on my back after I braked, instead of saying sorry, Enty said 'lol' and said it was my fault.
1:49:27:00 ~ First attempt to flip me over, you don't hit the throttle when you're against the side after you PITTED someone.
1:59:00:00 ~ Something inbetween, this guy with the username "DomenicoRizzo" full head-on crashed me on purpose and logged out.
2:02:30:00 ~ Hitting me, but still no apologize.
2:05:33:00 ~ A CORRECT PIT, so Enty does know how it works.
2:05:39:00 ~ Second time he attempted to flip me.
2:06:05:00 ~ Third time and the most harsh one to try and flip me over!
2:07:30:00 ~ I flipped the cop (As the rule says: "You can do whatever a cop does to you")
2:07:50:00 ~ Explaining Enty why I did flip him over.
2:17:05:00 ~ Again, no sorry after hitting
2:19:45:00 ~ And the fourth time he is attempting to flip me over.
2:21:23:00 ~ Chase ended.

Lcee will receive a warning for breaking rules,

Lcee- You clearly wanted to flip him there. His car was in a ~45° angle on the back of your car as you were standing still, you saw it and started to reverse again to flip him. He isn't allowed to use this kind of force on you, so aren't you, and he didn't try to flip you at any point. There was a close one at "Blackwood Road" but he instantly braked after the PIT on you and locked his tyres, as a result of this he "lag bumped" into your side and made your car jump a tiny bit.
The way you talked to/about him shouldn't be like this as well. Even if he isn't the best cop, that doesn't give you the right to harass or insult him.

Ramming is forbidden.Enty- Your PIT's were fine but apologise if you crash into the back of the suspect, instead of saying "lol". Watch the map before you wrong side or cross a highway. You crashed quite a few cars during the chase, even if you apologised most of the time. Don't use a car you aren't comfortable with to cop, you clearly had a problem to keep the car under control.
As a sidenote: the user "DomenicoRizzo" will receive a warning for crashing into Lcee and instantly disconnecting afterwards.

I'd just like to clarify: That is not how the rules regarding force work.
Cops and suspects do have rights to use equal force. This means you are allowed to use the same standard of force as set out in the rules, not "I can use the same amount of force that he is using against me".
You are allowed to PIT and tactfully nudge (lightly) opponents. Force must be safe and not affect any users outside of the chase.
N.B. If your opponent rams you, you do not have the right to start ramming back. If your opponent is disciplined for ramming, you most likely will be too.

The crashes I did, example the where I got myself out of sand, lcee drove to the road and ahead. I accelerated and pushed F9 to see my tyre's heating level but Bam, I hit him when he was parked on road. I thought he did it on purpose. The other ones are just him braking in front of me and me hitting him.
The flipping thing was pretty much your imagination. I was trying to do a pit manoeuvre, but as the XF is easy to flip out, that's what he was thinking.
''I waited till Kille flipped you over and you could continue the chase. I did not run off like a coward.'' Yes, after Kille flipped me back, your vehicle were fully refreshed, and you continued the chase without letting me to pitstop.
