● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)

Demon and I were just cruising around autobahn. No harm, no foul. Had been for awhile. Some people decided to join in at a point. Thats awesome. Though at the above mentioned time. The user in question came into my lane, cutting me off, without enough room and his rear end clipped my car which in turn caused a MASSIVE accident. There was no apologies given and I gave him multiple chances to apologize. The best camera angle to actually SEE the contact, proving the entire thing to be his fault is the top down view. Free Camera can provide clearer image.

I watched my replay and I did touch you, didn't saw you in my mirror. But if Vilboo wasn't on the middle of the road, the crash wouldn't be very big.
After I watched it, I came to you at the pits and apologized. Maybe you didn't see it, otherwise it's a bit sad that you've reported me.

Well I wasn't in game, because I was filing this report after I had asked for a simple sorry multiple times. And furthermore. Vilboo shouldn't matter, because he wasn't in my lane. That could have just as easily been a car drive full speed in the other direction, in which case, the accident would have been MUCH worse.

When you view the replay from my car, you can see that I hit Vilboo because he's crossing the highway and then I crash. That's the only thing I see. And he was driving in our lane, otherwise I wouldn't hit him. So even if I didn't touch you, I hit Vilboo and then everyone would crash aswell. And it was just a soft touch to your car, so I didn't feel and saw it. It's logical that I first watch the replay before I apologize for something I'm not sure about if it's my fault.

RE: Report : JurgenNL - Jurgenvo - Snake - 2013-10-22 20:43

So, this is what happened.
Vilboo tried to drift and lost control as he was going for SZ2, that caused him to spin out and block the other side as well. At the same time Jurgen switched to the left lane (without any reason) and didn't see you in his mirrors and gave you a slight bump. At this time Vilboo started to go forward and drove into Jurgen and you, which caused Jurgen to get stuck between the guardrail and the wall. The crash wouldn't have happened if Vilboo reversed away from traffic. This caused Demon to slide into Jurgen which made him flip, and there was only a small gap left for one car. You reversed into this gap as four cars came towards the crash, they didn't have any chance to avoid it which caused the second massive crash. It was mainly Vilboo's fault who caused Jurgen to get stuck in the exit which made you crash as well.

Vilboo (LFS-VILL3) will receive a ban for causing this crash and not apologising.
