Ok to make the start a bit more clear, we have two culprits:

1. report

With !chase siren+ come on automatically. If you or others didn't see them then you were not close enough or lag had a role in it perhaps.

at 12:23, he crashed into an amco and shortly later lost the chase.
Before the cars hit him the sirens had to be visible, although they quickly dissapeared as he lost the chase.

He tried to get pull over Anton again and it seemed as if he struggled a bit before he way later was able to !chase him. I will let him know that he has to type !chase earlier or let him go.

But perhaps next time instead of trolling and instantly reporting, how about giving him some help as it is obvious he is new and is trying his best.
