User Report - DD't Saucisse-Purée - Pipa - 2013-11-09 14:24

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Ok thanks for the report, but there are a few things that i need to address first. Without you showing the username (not ingame nickname) of that user i can not determine the correct username behind him.

For example a person that does not like that specific user would put the same nickname on and go on a ramming spree. If you only show the nickname there is no way i can determine the correct username. So next time either show us the nickname of that user aswell or, which i prefer, send us the replay. Video editing has come a long way and the replay, is at least to my knowledge, the most realiable way.

That aside, let's take a look at the video.

Perfectly fine to do that.

rules Wrote:3.10. Force

You are permitted to use minor force/physical contact to evade arrest, but no more than the force cops are permitted to use on you. See 5.4.
You are permitted to use the force necessary (including moderate rams) to break through a roadblock. Avoid damaging the cops as far as possible. Using unreasonable or excessive force (like running flat out intentionally in the roadblock) is forbidden.

That is still part of the PIT, he tried to make you spin but was unable to move past your car. Everything else then resulted in a low speed difference nudge to your car.

The force itself was calculated and tactical and caused only minor damage.

rules Wrote:5.4. Force / Physical Contact

Any force used must be calculated and tactical. The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car. Ramming is forbidden.

Since i will take no action here, proof of username is no longer required.
