Major changes in the team - Monster - 2013-12-17 19:18
Hi.
Due of the loss of interest and personnal life reasons, I can't lead this team. As Trance said, a inactive leader is not a leader at all. I want to live my life and I don't want to regret. I've got a house to keep clean, my snowmobile that needs me for testing and riding this winter, my girlfriend and her family, my family.. I don't have the time to go on servers and lead a team that wants me to be there for them everyday and to be active daily. This is why I announce now that I am leaving [CSR] for the best of the team. I don't want hate towards me, because I realise that my personnal life is more important than a game. Some members wants to keep the team a great reputation, but me, I ain't helping. I can't.
With all this, [CSR] Ras is promoted to the top of team with Kieran. These guys will keep the team alive and will lead with success. Kieran will now have moderator rights for the [CSR] section on this forum.
On another way, Byran, Frozen, Luke, Jimmy and Paul left the team. I wish them good luck for the future.
So, this is it. A recruitment might come soon, it was planned, but the final decision goes to Kieran and Ras. For me, I've got alot of stuff to do, so I wish to all of you my best wishes for christmas and for 2014. You are a very nice family guys, stay as you are. Have fun!

We've had many conversations , about this, not literally asking you to leave the team ,just to give the lead to a 2nd person who can manage it for you for the time you're being inactive.
Probably it's a hard but the right decision, the one you've made.
Also, of course, real life is always more important than a game, that's for sure, so you made the right choice.
