Dear, TC Members and others .

I've got banned for Evading or something.
Val declined my Unban Request but now i'm able to connect to the server.
I disconnected directly after i got connected and first want to discuss this with a management or Val.

Did i got unbanned, If no.. Then please ban me again.
It would be a honour to cruise again at City-Driving but i don't want to have any other problems with TC. If i'm welcome.. Then thanks.

My request is still being discussed and in my opinion, with all the proofs, you will get the same ban as your previous accounts : Javialord & Mastahx, if this is what you want to know.

Thanks for your quick answer.
Javialord was used for DNT, I wasn't aware that Account Sharing wasn't allowed.
And i don't own the accounts Mastahx & Javialord.
As i've already confirmed, I've commited a big mistake by playing on that accounts.
As now the accounts that you mentioned are not my property anymore, I'm only using RicardoB10 now. And i want to add something you added after my unban request got locked in your words "a new lie", Don't get me wrong.. But i worked for the money and my mother gave me 30 Euro to deposit @ Paypal. Its still my own money.

I've commited a big mistake once again by doing playing on that accounts.
Now two others are doing it and i hope they are aware of it.

I see i've made a big mistake thanks for making me realising this.

Just one question beside this ban, Do i have to tell the LFS Devs this?
I don't want any problems. Maybe you can consider giving me a chance.. I can maybe proof that i don't own the accounts by asking the LFS Devs for the IPS that are playing on it. ( Not sure if they will give me that details but they can confirm that i don't play on it )

And no you don't need to contact the LFS Devs as it is only a case between TC and you.

I confirm i used Javialord for my racing carreer, in Dutch Nascar Team.
Not for playing @ TC. But the owner did changed the password and i wasn't able to play on it anymore. And then i met Kevin at a RP Server @ SAMP.

How is that even possible?

Our conversatio.. I said "is that still bussy, because i've heard that the Mastahx got banned later at SAMP and xfire by KevinK after he gave the account to someone else.

@Mastahx = KevinK, Right now someone else got the gamepassword right now.

@Javialord - I was playing Demo with my Demo Account Ricardoboy10 and on a Demo Cruise server i met that time a guy that was having a Oval FXR Team. ( Racing). And he gave me the Javialord account.. After i sent some money from paypal to him. And i sold it to that account to Berni25 he was looking for a account for his son, And i promissed that i was having a account for sell ( It was his birthday suprise), So i gave the account Javialord and started playing again with my Demo Account. And now finally got my own account S2. And now this .

@Mastahx - KevinK wanted to play some TC with me. but that was quickly over and he gave the account to someone else.

And why should i've even do that? KevinK got banned because i said he was hacked?
I can't imagine that i would something like that.. And i'm therefor quite sure i didn't did that.
But if i did.. Then it was bullshit because he also told me he never got hacked.
I'm really shamed due that i firstly cause many disturbance to all of the TC Members that are handling this case. Chuck, I'm really sure it wasn't me.. I don't know why.
I'm not sure if KevinK gave the pass also to other players.

Alright, due to the (self-caused) complexity if this matter, is has taken us much time to untie that knot.

However, we came to the following solution:
-RicardoB10 will be unbanned
-Javialord will be unbanned since the reason for the ban has become obsolete
-mastahx will remain banned as there is no unique user to that account.

As for the future, I want to remind you of 3 things to stay out of trouble:
-Never lie to us
-Never share accounts
-Don't cheat and follow the rules
