~ 7:31 - borja and I crash, I didn't think there were cars coming becouse I saw CAUTION sign in my screen, as he drove with strobes and !caution+ on.

~ 7:50 - I start chasing him as I kept it his fault, and fine him for Causing Accident.

~ 8:11 - borja sais 'fock you men' and starts towing the car on the scene, even tho I try to stop him to pay the fine.

~ 8:32 - Chase is on, and during the whole chase (8:32 - 17:28) he had strobe + !caution+ on.

~ 17:31 - borja: mierdaaa ! wich I googled and mean 'Homosexual' in spain.

Reason for report: Offensive language, insulting.

mierdaaa doesn't translate to homosexual, but I have fined the user 1000 euro for avoiding the swear filter and issued an in game warning.
