● Description of incident (inc Date & Time): Around midnight between 23rd/24th of August I got fined for something I believe is unfair, I'm going down the road at decent speed messing about a bit, I see the cops thinking they're all parked off to the side of the road since there's no caution or sirens, and realise they're not off the road so I pull hard left and floor it to avoid him.

I find it demanding to see how it was the cop's fault that you received the fine. You were drifting, and as you saw the cars, you did little to "avoid drifting". In fact, you had your accelerator fully on for the whole time. Therefore, the fine was valid.

No action taken.
