He drove in wrong way autobahn. When he was notified, came back but didn't wait at rest of cops.

It would appear he did notice that you were telling him not to wrong side the Autobahn, even though it was too late. Seeing as he didn't stop and wait for other officers and the fact he wrong sided in the first place, he will receive a warning and in game message. Also a link to the rules. This user has no previous record of this offense. (wrong siding the Autobahn).
