- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: i got fined 544€ for failure to stop for Police , And i feel it's unfair due to the way that they stopped me with.

Uhm. I cannot see as for why you should deserve a refund.

As you are mentioning me in this, i feel like replying.

You were constantly uturning as thats the only way you had to escape as for why many crashes happend. Not to mention your brakechecks and lack of skills.

I was reversing, not with the intention to crash you but to return my car into the position of following you.

In my honest opinion, if you would play clean nothing of this would of have happend.

Have nothing else to add, apologies if I posted without permission, thought it required a clarification.

Yeah, What about the 2nd crash? Was it a U-turn ? or lack of skills ? Or a brake check ? i had to reduce my speed to take that corner and you at full speed push me.

I noticed that you was coming faster than me and was going to P.I.T. ,So i simply had to brake to avoid getting a hit from you. And wanted to do a U-Turn (talking about 1st crash) and you reversed into my car hitting my door and Sent me to the sand...

I believe the correct timestamp would be 1:38:20. This was a miscalculated PIT manoeuvre attempt. As seen from the picture below, the cop who was trying to perform a manoeuvre by reversing in a shape of 'J'. This ended up on your door and you gained a (very) little damage.

This is a little exaggerated, however the cop should have kept distance to your car in the corner. As you've said, you tried to slow down and received a nudge from the cop. After this, you both ended up in the grass and slid into the wall.

I disagree with this. You were driving wrong way, and as the high-speed cop was approaching you, he locked his brakes and had little chance to avoid hitting you. You could've driven away, but you froze in the kerbs (still, I believe it wouldn't have changed the outcome of your chase).

All in all, I am going to deny this refund request. However, Frozen is going to receive a message stating to be more careful with his copping.
