I was in a chase had a cop after me and when i was at the pit entry or little after Maxxises just pulls out over the cones into pit entry just when i passed him so he blocked me and i crashed into a barrier infront of the pit. 12/31/2014 about 3:00 PM (gmt+1).

I see nothing intentional in this incident, rather it is a case of he dedcided to go too pits at the same time you also decided to go on the right side to pass him. This resulted in both of you colliding. Now the only thing i am going to do here is speak to the reported user and inform him he needs to apologise when he causes an accident. Not that this was entirely his fault, this happens im afraid, What i will say though is this is a very minor incident inwhich you could of actually spoke to him yourself and asked for an apology. This is just clearly driver error.
