1:33:00 dont slow down for siren
1:33:05 ramming a suspect and that cause my car flipping and lost achase
- and after that dont say sorry

Though the incident presented in this replay was quite severe and he did indeed have no intention to slow down for your chase, it appears that the user doesn't have a history. Therefore, the player will be issued with a strong confirmable warning not to do this again.
