[TC] Community Survey

Hello,

We've put together a survey for the community to fill out, it should hopefully help us to improve your experiences with [TC] and make it easy for you to express any concerns you may have. We'd appreciate as many members of our community filling out the survey as possible, as it will help to gather your opinions and identify common problems around the [TC] servers.
