Description of incident (inc date & time): This user (Arab) was abusing server rules by, ramming me while in chase. Replay shows him ramming my side then flipping me! Please do as much as you can to this user..as I do not like him because I have seen numerous things illegal on the server!

Hello,

This user has history of the exact same sort of behavior with his driving as seen in this replay and has had prior bans for it.

Not only did he do that, his language and insulting (while simultaneously breaking rule 1.8 in the process) is extremely unacceptable, and as such he will receive a long ban for his actions.
