1:36:27 - Begins to speed while not in chase.
1:36:45 - Turns on sirens at this time, already having gone wrong side.

- Reason for report: User does not respect cop rules while copping, and the ramming was VERY unnecessary as I wasn't even failed to stop or anything, just pulling over. It was all too obvious that it was purposeful. It seems he is unaware of the expectations while copping.

Before your reason of reporting him. I noticed @ 1:09 and he speeding without being in a chase along Highway2. Then after that, wrong siding. Then around 1:10, wrong siding again, 1:11, speeding as a cop without being in a chase. User will have his cop rights revoked. Thanks for your report.
