Hi Sir/Madam,

Good day!

I have been wrongfully accused of tailgating and fine by a police officer.

Timestamp: From 9:52 onwards

Please justify if it was a tailgate.
I told the police officer that it wasn't tailgating but he insists it is and it's illegal so i accepted the fine.

I've decided to deal with this instead of let it go inactive as per usual for these.

You were indeed too close at times as there was less than a car's length while you were following the COP. You even stopped in illegal parking spaces to wait for the COP to continue following him. For future reference, you will need to leave 1-2 car lengths if you are following someone otherwise the COP can regard that as tailgating, especially how close you got on The Hills.

This fine was justified by the amount of times you followed him and how close you got, which was not allowing you enough thinking/braking distance. The fine will stand.
