The user was clearly intentionally ramming into you for no reason I can see. There is sufficient evidence of some ongoing feud between you two so this will be treated as such. He was also trying to help the COPs which is blatantly against the rules too.

This user has a rather bad history of misconduct and so will face a 3 day ban for his actions.
