Host Refused Connection

Hi TC members,

So I recently just got my account back from someone else (my account was hacked basically and has been for the past 4 years or so) by the LFS devs helping me out.

Went to connect to TC servers and I received a message: 'Host Refused Connection' and didn't think much about it until i started googling it and got results saying that I was banned, so I checked the public ban list and my poor account was perma-banned.

Now, I don't know what to do honestly. But if theres any way to prove to you that my account was indeed stolen and whatever this 'player' did on my account was not me. I'm not demanding a unban, but some chance to prove that it wasn't me (actual original owner of the account).

If you could PM me any evidence you have to prove that you are the owner of this account then that would be helpful.
