13:59 - No intention to stop or slowdown.
14:04 - gets way too close, not trying to turn other way just to pass cop.
The he passed me.
14:32 - passed another cop.
Then he kept driving infront.

I didnt want to report him, tryed to talk and explain, but he just kept answering with "?". Later he said that he knows the rules.
He has +390hrs on him, he should know rules.
