- Reason for report: Ramming, clearly to see that I get rammed from a cop. The cop was sorry for it. But after the crash ®©5PEEDstarted to speed up and rammed in me without braking.

User does have history of this offense, so i will be issuing a ban. He steered into your path and accelerated. Nothing to suggest it was accidental, not even a sorry.
