This is not how to properly deal with the user before reporting, however you talked with "TheeKidMetal" afterwards where he apologized for his actions and explained that he was a new user.

It is pretty obvious that this player purposely rams others, and do not want to talk fault of this.


Kid Metal is a new user to the servers, and will receive a strict warning for interfering with chases and not apologizing for crashes.
