Hello,

After checking the replay, the user can be seen interfering the chase several times. At one point, he ended up crashing into you because he simply did not want to move. Despite you and several other users telling him to stop / move away for the chase, he kept following you, interfered the chase again and ended up blocking you at the roundabout once more.

Therefore, Marks21_ will be banned 7 days for his actions and will receive a confirmable warning for when he returns to remind him that such behavior is not tolerated.
