Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

In a short span of time, I had multiple less ideal experiences with this user.
He did apologize to one of the instances but judging from how they are behaving, it doesn't seem like they mean it and just says it to get out of trouble.

13:30 - He has a clear view there is a chase in front of him, where we are currently blocking lanes. He continues his speed, no braking or slowing down.
Here he also overtakes Avenger. It looks like he is considering to overtake me on my left, then ends up for a right overtake and only pulls over after I cut him off to prevent this.
No sorry.

25:58 - I have enabled the hazard sign and blocking a lane due to an accident.
He can see both a hazard sign, and also stopped vehicles in front of him. However, he continues to not only maintain speed but also speed up. This makes him end up crashing into me.
He does not apologize for this. Instead, he continues to drive into the blocked off scene and causes an accident with [BG]Taxi[TOW]
No apology for this neither.

29:19
This occours after the fact that I have been confronting him about ignoring the scene and causing what he did.
Again, a scene with hazard. He does not slow down, he speeds up. Even when he does have a clear view of the scene.
He overtakes the scene with high speed, right as a tow is helping someone. This causes another crash.

34:27 -34:46
Not caring about a chase again, no signs of slowing down - just speeding up. This might be debatable rather or not he overtook the chase, as there's barriers between the road but I figured it was worth mentioning. It shows the reckless driving, and multiple near misses.
