Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): First of all he was in chase and he get busted I think he was so mad I tried to flip him and I did after that we go to the pitstop , Here 1:48:14 he reverse into me maybe by mistake and he didn't apologize, I chased him and i fine him 150 after that he reverse into me again and then run , Here 1:51:27 He did some lag and then run to the other way even that he wasn't lagging before and after ? , in second MPR : After that by 10 minute he did Insult me

Good Afternoon,

Apologies for the delay in this response, I have been extremely busy at work.

After reviewing the replay, I can confirm that Kiit1337 did start to lag as they approached the roundabout, and did not make any attempt to stop. I do also take into account that you already reported them a few minutes after this incident occured.

The moment a user starts to lag on the server, a huge message appears stating "YOU ARE LAGGING" - this in itself should have been a prompt to stop.

I have decided to give Kiit1337 a confirmable warning, to re-iterate that if you start to lag in chase, stop as soon as possible and allow the other cop to catch up, to avoid gaining an unfair advantage.

No action will be taken in regards to the insult - maniac is not offensive.
